Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease or line mini loaf pans with parchment paper.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  4. In another bowl, combine melted butter, milk, vanilla extract, and eggs. Mix until well combined.
  5. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.

  7. Divide the batter evenly among the mini loaf pans, filling each about 2/3 full.
