Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • Whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix pumpkin puree, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt.
  3. Add eggs and evaporated milk, and mix until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for an additional 40-50 minutes.
  6. Let it cool before serving.
  7. Top with whipped cream before serving.
