Ingredients

- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced into rounds
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced zucchinis with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Toss until the zucchinis are evenly coated.
- Place the zucchinis in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to do this in batches.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the zucchinis are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust the cooking time based on the thickness of your zucchini slices.
- For extra crunch, you can coat the zucchini slices with breadcrumbs before air frying.
