Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced into rounds
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced zucchinis with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss until the zucchinis are evenly coated.
  4. Place the zucchinis in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to do this in batches.
  5. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the zucchinis are golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Adjust the cooking time based on the thickness of your zucchini slices.
  • For extra crunch, you can coat the zucchini slices with breadcrumbs before air frying.
