Crispy and flavorful zucchini fries made in the air fryer, perfect as a snack or side dish.
Ingredients

- 2 medium Zucchini (Trimmed and cut into fries)
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil (For tossing zucchini)
- 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs (For coating)
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (Grated)
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt (To taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper (To taste)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the zucchini fries with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- In another bowl, mix together the panko breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
- Dredge each zucchini fry in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere the coating.
- Arrange the coated zucchini fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to work in batches.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add Italian seasoning or chili powder to the breadcrumb mixture.
- Make sure not to overcrowd the air fryer basket to ensure even cooking.
