- 2 shots of espresso, freshly brewed
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Vanilla ice cream or gelato, for serving
- Chocolate shavings or cocoa powder, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
- Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, whip the cream mixture until soft peaks form.
- Brew two shots of espresso and let it cool slightly.
- In a serving glass or bowl, add a scoop of vanilla ice cream or gelato.
- Pour the warm espresso over the ice cream.
- Top with a generous dollop of whipped espresso cream.
- Garnish with chocolate shavings or a dusting of cocoa powder, if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
