- 2 tablespoons Hot water
- 1 cup Milk
- as needed Ice (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine instant coffee, sugar, and hot water.
- Using a hand mixer or whisk, whip the mixture until it becomes light and fluffy and forms stiff peaks.
- In a glass, add milk (hot or cold) and ice if desired.
- Spoon the whipped coffee mixture over the milk.
- Stir before drinking to combine the whipped coffee with the milk.
