- 2 cups Ice cubes
- 2 tablespoons Lime juice
- 2 tablespoons Honey or agave syrup
- for garnish Mint leaves
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the cubed watermelon, ice cubes, lime juice, and honey or agave syrup if using.
- Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and slushy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or agave.
- Pour the slushie into glasses and garnish with mint leaves if desired.
