These refreshing watermelon lime popsicles are perfect for hot summer days! They’re easy to make and packed with flavor.
Ingredients

- 4 cups Seedless watermelon
- 1/4 cup Fresh lime juice
- 2–3 tablespoons Honey or agave syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the watermelon cubes, lime juice, honey or agave syrup (if using), and salt.
- Blend until smooth and well combined.
- Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey or agave syrup.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
- Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely solid.
- To remove popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.

Notes
- For a twist, add fresh mint leaves to the blender before blending.
- You can substitute lime juice with lemon juice for a different flavor.
- These popsicles can be stored in the freezer for up to 2 months.
