These refreshing watermelon lime popsicles are perfect for hot summer days! They’re easy to make and packed with flavor.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups Seedless watermelon
  • 1/4 cup Fresh lime juice
  • 23 tablespoons Honey or agave syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the watermelon cubes, lime juice, honey or agave syrup (if using), and salt.
  2. Blend until smooth and well combined.
  3. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey or agave syrup.
  4. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
  5. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely solid.
  6. To remove popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
  7. Enjoy your refreshing watermelon lime popsicles!

Notes

  • For a twist, add fresh mint leaves to the blender before blending.
  • You can substitute lime juice with lemon juice for a different flavor.
  • These popsicles can be stored in the freezer for up to 2 months.
