This refreshing watermelon lime juice is perfect for hot summer days! It’s easy to make and packed with flavor, making it a great thirst-quencher.

- 4 cups of watermelon, cubed and seeded
- 1/4 cup of fresh lime juice (about 2–3 limes)
- 2 tablespoons of sugar (optional, adjust based on sweetness of watermelon)
- 1–2 cups of cold water
- Ice cubes for serving
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the cubed watermelon and lime juice.
- Blend until smooth. If necessary, add cold water to reach your desired consistency.
- Taste the juice and add sugar if you prefer it sweeter. Blend again to combine.
- Strain the juice through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher if you want a smoother texture.
- Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
Notes
- Feel free to adjust the lime juice to your taste preference.
- For a fizzy twist, replace some of the water with sparkling water.
