Description
A refreshing and delicious watermelon lemonade, perfect for hot summer days.
Ingredients

- 4 cups watermelon, seeded and cubed
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4–6 lemons)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups cold water
- Ice cubes
- Lemon slices and mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the watermelon cubes and blend until smooth.
- Strain the watermelon juice through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher to remove pulp.
- Add the fresh lemon juice and sugar to the watermelon juice. Stir until the sugar is fully dissolved.
- Pour in the cold water and stir to combine. Adjust sweetness if necessary.
- Serve over ice in glasses and garnish with lemon slices and mint leaves if desired.
Notes
- For a less sweet version, reduce the sugar or use a sugar substitute.
- This recipe can be made in advance and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
