- 4 cups Watermelon
- 1 cup Feta cheese
- 1/4 cup Fresh mint leaves
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cubed watermelon and crumbled feta cheese.
- Add the chopped mint leaves to the bowl.
