Ingredients

  • 4 large whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 cup hummus or cream cheese
  • 1 cup sliced cucumbers
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: feta cheese, olives, or any other preferred toppings

Instructions

  1. Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface.
  2. Spread a generous layer of hummus or cream cheese over each tortilla.
  3. Layer the sliced cucumbers, shredded carrots, red bell pepper, spinach leaves, and avocado on top of the spread.
  4. Season with salt and pepper, and add any optional toppings if desired.
  5. Fold the sides of each tortilla inward, then roll the tortilla tightly from the bottom up to form a wrap.
  6. Slice each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately, or wrap in foil for an on-the-go meal.
