Description
A romantic dinner for Valentine’s Day to celebrate love.
Ingredients

- 2 ribeye steaks (1 inch thick)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon rosemary, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup asparagus, trimmed
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon honey
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Rub the steaks with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Place steaks on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- While steaks cook, toss asparagus and cherry tomatoes with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Add vegetables to the grill for the last 5 minutes of cooking.
- Remove steaks and vegetables from heat and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Serve steaks with grilled vegetables on the side.

- Adjust cooking time for desired steak doneness.
- Pair with red wine for a complete experience.
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
