Ingredients

  • 2 ribeye steaks (1 inch thick)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup asparagus, trimmed
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Rub the steaks with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place steaks on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  4. While steaks cook, toss asparagus and cherry tomatoes with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add vegetables to the grill for the last 5 minutes of cooking.
  6. Remove steaks and vegetables from heat and let rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Serve steaks with grilled vegetables on the side.
