Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Lettuce, tomato, and other preferred toppings

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, oregano, and paprika.
  2. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.
  3. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into patties.
  4. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat.
  5. Cook the patties for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  6. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in a toaster.
  7. Assemble the burgers with your choice of toppings and serve immediately.
