- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 4 hamburger buns
- Lettuce, tomato, and other preferred toppings
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, oregano, and paprika.
- Mix until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into patties.
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the patties for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in a toaster.
- Assemble the burgers with your choice of toppings and serve immediately.
Notes
- You can add your favorite herbs or spices to customize the flavor.
- For added moisture, consider adding a tablespoon of olive oil to the mixture.
