- 2 cups Fresh pineapple, chopped
- 1 cup Mango, chopped
- 1 cup Coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons Honey or agave syrup
- 2 tablespoons Lime juice
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the chopped pineapple, mango, coconut milk, honey (or agave syrup), and lime juice.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey or agave.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving some space at the top for expansion.
- Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely solid.
- To remove popsicles from molds, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
