  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (for cream)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with liners.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, cream the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the whole milk. Mix until just combined.
  6. Fill each cupcake liner about 2/3 full with the batter and bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. In a separate bowl, mix together the sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and ground cinnamon.
  8. Once the cupcakes are out of the oven, let them cool for a few minutes before poking holes all over the tops with a toothpick.

  10. For the cinnamon cream, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
