Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken or tofu and cook until golden brown.
- Add frozen stir fry vegetables to the pan.
- Pour soy sauce over the mixture.
- Cook until vegetables are tender.
- Serve over cooked jasmine rice.
