Fresh and delicious tomato mozzarella skewers, perfect for appetizers or snacks.
Ingredients

- 1 pint Cherry tomatoes
- 1 pound Fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini)
- 1 bunch Fresh basil leaves
- to taste Balsamic glaze
- to drizzle Olive oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
- 12 Skewers
Instructions
- Wash the cherry tomatoes and basil leaves thoroughly.
- On each skewer, thread a cherry tomato, followed by a mozzarella ball, and then a basil leaf. Repeat until the skewer is filled, leaving some space at each end.
- Place the assembled skewers on a serving platter.
- Drizzle the skewers with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
