- 1 pound chicken breast, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- Green onions, sliced (for garnish)
- Sesame seeds (for garnish)
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine teriyaki sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic, and ginger. Mix well.
- Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for more flavor.
- Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat.
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks. If baking, place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes at 400°F (200°C).
- Remove from grill and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken overnight.
