  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 bag (32 ounces) frozen tater tots
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and chopped onion until the beef is browned and the onion is translucent. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, shredded cheddar cheese, frozen mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Spread the beef mixture evenly in the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Arrange the frozen tater tots in a single layer over the beef mixture.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
