- 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine sliced rhubarb, strawberries, granulated sugar, 1/4 cup flour, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well and pour into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix oats, brown sugar, 1/2 cup flour, and melted butter until crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over the fruit mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the fruit is bubbly.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm or at room temperature.
Notes
- You can substitute frozen strawberries and rhubarb if fresh is not available. Adjust the baking time as needed.
