  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine sliced rhubarb, strawberries, granulated sugar, 1/4 cup flour, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well and pour into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, mix oats, brown sugar, 1/2 cup flour, and melted butter until crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over the fruit mixture.
