Ingredients

- 2 medium sweet potatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Wash and peel the sweet potatoes.
- Slice the sweet potatoes thinly.
- In a bowl, toss the slices with olive oil, salt, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the sweet potato slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Check for crispiness and cook longer if needed.
