Ingredients

- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cup of grilled chicken, sliced
- 1/4 cup of feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and prepare all vegetables.
- Grill the chicken and slice it.
- In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, and avocado.
- Add the grilled chicken on top.
- Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the salad.
- Sprinkle feta cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Toss gently to combine.
- Serve immediately.
