Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- 1 cup fresh mango
- 2 fresh kiwi
- 1/4 cup red onion
- 1 jalapeño pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced strawberries, mango, kiwi, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro.
- Drizzle with lime juice and honey (if using).
- Toss gently until all ingredients are well mixed.
- Cover and let the salsa sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled with tortilla chips or as a topping for grilled chicken or fish.
Notes
- For a spicier salsa, leave some seeds in the jalapeño.
- Feel free to substitute any of the fruits with your favorites or what you have on hand.
