Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh mango
  • 2 fresh kiwi
  • 1/4 cup red onion
  • 1 jalapeño pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced strawberries, mango, kiwi, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro.
  2. Drizzle with lime juice and honey (if using).
  3. Toss gently until all ingredients are well mixed.
  4. Cover and let the salsa sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Serve chilled with tortilla chips or as a topping for grilled chicken or fish.

Notes

  • For a spicier salsa, leave some seeds in the jalapeño.
  • Feel free to substitute any of the fruits with your favorites or what you have on hand.
