This bright and fruity cocktail is perfect for hot summer days, combining fresh fruit flavors with a splash of fizz.

- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup fresh watermelon, cubed
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
- 2 ounces vodka
- 1 ounce lime juice
- 1 ounce simple syrup
- 1 cup club soda
- Ice cubes
- Mint sprigs, for garnish
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the strawberries and watermelon. Blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher to remove pulp.
- Add vodka, lime juice, and simple syrup to the pitcher and stir well.
- Fill two glasses with ice cubes and pour the cocktail mixture over the ice.
- Top each glass with club soda and gently stir.
- Garnish with fresh mint sprigs and additional fruit slices if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
- Feel free to substitute other fruits like peaches or pineapples for a different flavor.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less simple syrup based on your taste preference.
- For a non-alcoholic version, omit the vodka and replace it with additional club soda or sparkling water.
