- 1 bottle of dry white wine (750 ml), chilled
- 1 cup of mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries), fresh or frozen
- 1/4 cup of orange liqueur (such as Triple Sec or Cointreau)
- 1/4 cup of brandy
- 1 cup of orange juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 lime, sliced
- 1 cup of club soda or lemon-lime soda, chilled
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine the white wine, mixed berries, orange liqueur, brandy, and orange juice.
- Stir gently to mix the ingredients.
- Add the sliced lemon and lime to the pitcher.
- Refrigerate the sangria for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
- Just before serving, add the club soda or lemon-lime soda to the pitcher and stir gently.
- Serve over ice in glasses, garnished with fresh mint leaves if desired.
