A refreshing and vibrant salad packed with fresh summer berries, mixed greens, and a light vinaigrette.
Ingredients

- 2 cups mixed greens (arugula, spinach, or your choice)
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped (optional)
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette or dressing of choice
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries.
- Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese and walnuts over the top.
- Drizzle balsamic vinaigrette over the salad just before serving.
- Toss gently to combine and serve immediately.
Notes
- Feel free to add other fruits such as blackberries or peaches for variety.
- For a sweeter dressing, you can mix honey into the vinaigrette.
