  • 12 large mushrooms, stems removed
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, parsley, thyme, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Stuff each mushroom cap generously with the cream cheese mixture, pressing down slightly to pack it in.
  4. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
