Ingredients

  • 12 large mushrooms, stems removed
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, parsley, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Stuff each mushroom cap with the cream cheese mixture, pressing lightly to ensure it’s filled.
  4. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
