  4. Pour in the heavy cream and vanilla extract, stirring until just combined. Do not overmix.
  5. Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface and gently knead it a few times. Pat the dough into a 1-inch thick rectangle.
  6. Cut out biscuits using a round cutter and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
