Delicious strawberry crunch desserts with a perfect combination of sweet strawberries, creamy filling, and a crunchy topping.

- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup strawberry gelatin mix
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the sliced strawberries and 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar. Toss to coat and set aside to macerate for 10 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- In another bowl, mix the crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and strawberry gelatin mix until well combined.
- In serving cups or bowls, layer the whipped cream, followed by a layer of the macerated strawberries, and then a layer of the graham cracker mixture. Repeat the layers until the cups are filled.
- Top with additional whipped cream and a sprinkle of the graham cracker mixture for garnish.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a more intense strawberry flavor, you can add a layer of strawberry sauce between the layers.
- Feel free to substitute with other berries or a mix of berries for a delicious twist.
