Quick and delicious beef stir fry recipe that is perfect for a weeknight dinner.

- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the sliced beef with cornstarch, soy sauce, and pepper. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add another tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add garlic and ginger, stir-frying for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until just tender.
- Return the beef to the pan and add oyster sauce. Stir everything together and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Serve hot over cooked rice.
