- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine steak bites with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the seasoned steak bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
- Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat.
- Once the steak bites are cooked, transfer them to a bowl and pour the garlic butter over them. Toss to coat.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
