Instructions

- Stir in vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with milk.
- Fill cupcake liners with batter and bake for 18-20 minutes.
- Allow cupcakes to cool completely.
- For the buttercream, beat together softened butter and powdered sugar.
- Add milk, vanilla extract, and green food coloring to achieve desired color.
- Frost the cooled cupcakes with green buttercream.
