These colorful rainbow fruit skewers are a fun and healthy snack for preschoolers to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day. They are easy to make and perfect for little hands!

- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and cut in half
- 1 cup orange slices
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 cup green grapes
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup purple grapes
- Wooden skewers
Instructions
- Prepare all the fruit by cutting it into appropriate sizes for small hands.
- Take a wooden skewer and start by adding half a strawberry on the bottom.
- Layer the fruit in the order of the rainbow: orange slices, pineapple chunks, green grapes, blueberries, and finish with purple grapes on top.
- Repeat the process until all the skewers are filled with colorful fruit.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
