- 1 cup orange segments
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 cup green grapes
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup purple grapes
- Wooden skewers
Instructions
- Prepare all the fruit by washing and cutting as needed.
- Take a wooden skewer and start by threading on a strawberry half.
- Follow with an orange segment, then a pineapple chunk, green grape, blueberry, and finish with a purple grape.
- Repeat the process to create more skewers, alternating the order of the fruits for variety if desired.
- Arrange the skewers on a platter and serve at your St. Patrick’s Day party!
