- 3 oz Lime Jello (1 package)
- 3 oz Lemon Jello (1 package)
- 2 cups Whipped cream (for topping)
- 2 cups Water (boiling)
- to taste Green sprinkles (for decoration)
Instructions
- Boil 1 cup of water in a saucepan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Lime Jello and 1 cup of boiling water. Stir until dissolved.
- Pour the Lime Jello mixture into small cups, filling them about halfway. Refrigerate until set, about 2 hours.
- Meanwhile, repeat the process with the Lemon Jello and pour it on top of the set Lime layer. Refrigerate again until fully set.
- Once the Jello is set, top each cup with a dollop of whipped cream.
- Finish with green sprinkles for a festive touch. Serve and enjoy!
Notes
- You can layer other flavors of Jello for more color.
- For an adult version, consider adding a splash of your favorite liqueur to the Jello mixtures.
