Ingredients

  • 3 oz Lime Jello (1 package)
  • 3 oz Lemon Jello (1 package)
  • 2 cups Whipped cream (for topping)
  • 2 cups Water (boiling)
  • to taste Green sprinkles (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Boil 1 cup of water in a saucepan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the Lime Jello and 1 cup of boiling water. Stir until dissolved.
  3. Pour the Lime Jello mixture into small cups, filling them about halfway. Refrigerate until set, about 2 hours.
  4. Meanwhile, repeat the process with the Lemon Jello and pour it on top of the set Lime layer. Refrigerate again until fully set.
  5. Once the Jello is set, top each cup with a dollop of whipped cream.
  6. Finish with green sprinkles for a festive touch. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can layer other flavors of Jello for more color.
  • For an adult version, consider adding a splash of your favorite liqueur to the Jello mixtures.
