Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, combine milk, egg, and melted butter. Add green food coloring to the mixture until desired color is reached.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix; some lumps are okay.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or cooking spray.
  5. Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, about 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
