- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1–2 teaspoons green food coloring

- optional sprinkles (for serving)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine milk, egg, and melted butter. Add green food coloring to the mixture until desired color is reached.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix; some lumps are okay.
- Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or cooking spray.
- Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, about 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm with whipped cream and sprinkles if desired.
