- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
- 1 cup orange segments
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 cup green grapes
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup purple grapes
- Wooden skewers
Instructions
- Prepare all the fruit by washing and cutting them into appropriate sizes.
- Take a wooden skewer and thread the fruit onto it in the order of the rainbow: strawberries, oranges, pineapple, green grapes, blueberries, and purple grapes.
- Repeat the process until all the fruit is used up or you have enough skewers.
- Arrange the skewers on a platter and serve immediately for a festive St. Patrick’s Day treat!
