Ingredients

Instructions
- Wash and dry the spinach.
- Halve the cherry tomatoes.
- In a large bowl, combine spinach, quinoa, and tomatoes.
- Add feta cheese, olive oil, and lemon juice.
- Toss everything together until well mixed.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes before serving.
