- 1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Stir in the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
- Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Serve the dip with tortilla chips, pita bread, or fresh vegetables.
- You can add more cheese on top before baking for an extra cheesy layer.
