Ingredients

  • 1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Stir in the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
  4. Mix until well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Serve the dip with tortilla chips, pita bread, or fresh vegetables.
  • You can add more cheese on top before baking for an extra cheesy layer.
