- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries or raisins
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the mixed nuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and dried cranberries.
- In a separate small bowl, mix together cayenne pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
- Drizzle olive oil over the nut mixture and toss to coat evenly.
- Sprinkle the spice mixture over the nuts and seeds, then toss again to ensure everything is well coated.
- Spread the mixture in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the nuts are toasted and fragrant.
