- 1 pound shrimp
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 8 corn tortillas
- 2 cups cabbage
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, garlic, chili powder, cayenne pepper, cumin, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well and let marinate for 15-20 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
- In a separate bowl, mix together cabbage, cilantro, mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, and salt to create the slaw.
- Assemble the tacos by placing shrimp on warmed corn tortillas, topping with cilantro-lime slaw, and additional lime juice if desired.
