  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust for spice level)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 green onion, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a pot, bring the vegetable broth to a boil.
  2. Add the instant ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions until tender.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the peanut butter, soy sauce, sriracha, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger until smooth.
  4. Once the noodles are cooked, drain them and return to the pot.
  5. Pour the peanut butter mixture over the noodles and toss to coat evenly.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
