Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain the pasta.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Stir in the Calabrian chili paste and cook for another minute, allowing the flavors to meld.
  4. Add the crushed tomatoes, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet along with the reserved pasta water, mixing well to combine.
