- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 cup hot sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Celery sticks and blue cheese dressing for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper until evenly coated.
- Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
- While the wings are baking, prepare the buffalo sauce. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the hot sauce, butter, white vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until the butter is melted and the sauce is well mixed.
- Once the wings are done baking, remove them from the oven and toss them in the buffalo sauce until fully coated.
- Serve immediately with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.
