Description

These Spicy Buffalo Wings are crispy, coated in a tangy and spicy buffalo sauce, perfect for game day or any party!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup hot sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Celery sticks and blue cheese dressing for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
  5. While the wings are baking, prepare the buffalo sauce. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the hot sauce, butter, white vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until the butter is melted and the sauce is well mixed.
  6. Once the wings are done baking, remove them from the oven and toss them in the buffalo sauce until fully coated.
  7. Serve immediately with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.
