Ingredients

- 1 lb ground lamb
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 flatbreads (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground lamb and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon.
- Stir in the cumin, coriander, cinnamon, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until the lamb is cooked through and fragrant.
- While the lamb is cooking, preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet and spread the spiced lamb mixture evenly over each flatbread.
- Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top of the lamb.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the flatbreads are crispy and the cheese is slightly melted.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley and mint.
- Serve with lemon wedges on the side for squeezing over the flatbreads.
