- 3/4 cup Milk
- 1 pound Breakfast sausage
- 1/4 cup All-purpose flour
- 2 cups Milk
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Stir in the milk until just combined.
- Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead gently about 5 times until it comes together.
- Roll out to about 1-inch thickness and cut with a biscuit cutter.
- Place biscuits on a baking sheet and brush the tops with milk.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned.
- Sprinkle the flour over the cooked sausage and stir to combine.
- Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly until thickened.
- Season with black pepper and salt to taste.
- Serve the biscuits topped with the sausage gravy.
