Description

Perfectly soft boiled eggs cooked in an air fryer, ready in just a few minutes!


Ingredients

  • for ice bath Ice water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 270°F (132°C).
  2. Place the eggs directly in the air fryer basket.
  3. Cook the eggs for 12 to 13 minutes depending on how runny you prefer your yolks.
  4. While the eggs are cooking, prepare an ice bath by filling a bowl with ice and cold water.
  5. Once the cooking time is up, carefully transfer the eggs to the ice bath using tongs.
  6. Let the eggs sit in the ice bath for about 5 minutes to stop the cooking process.
  7. Gently tap the eggs on a hard surface to crack the shell and peel under running water for easier shell removal.
  8. Serve the soft boiled eggs with a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
