Ingredients

  • 2 racks of baby back ribs
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce (your choice)
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and cut them into sections.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs, covering them evenly.
  4. Place the ribs into the slow cooker standing on their side if necessary.
  5. Pour the BBQ sauce and apple cider vinegar over the ribs.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or until the ribs are tender.
  7. Remove ribs from the slow cooker and brush with additional BBQ sauce if desired.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
