- 2 racks of baby back ribs
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 cup BBQ sauce (your choice)
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and cut them into sections.
- In a small bowl, mix together salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs, covering them evenly.
- Place the ribs into the slow cooker standing on their side if necessary.
- Pour the BBQ sauce and apple cider vinegar over the ribs.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or until the ribs are tender.
- Remove ribs from the slow cooker and brush with additional BBQ sauce if desired.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
- For a caramelized finish, place ribs under the broiler for 2-3 minutes after slow cooking.
- Feel free to experiment with different BBQ sauces for varied flavors.
- Leftover ribs can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
